CLASSIFICATION
Performance orderwill be determined BY
POSTMARK rather than horn line size. Earliest
postmark goes last in the class. Complete
registration materials include your completed
registration form and check (including the separate
$500 performance bond for Georgia bands).
Regardless of postmark, your application will not be
considered valid until all materials are received. If
there are two or more bands in the same class with
the same postmark, a blind drawing will be held for
those particular bands.
It is permissible for a band to enter a higher
classification, but not a lower one if the class change
is requested in writing no later than October 6, 2008.
No changes will be honored after that date.
